Service Delivery - Installer

We're looking for a reliable and practical Installer to join our Service Delivery team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing and removing a range of wall‑mounted dispensers at customer sites, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and with care.
You'll be out on the road most days, representing Alsco with professionalism and a strong customer‑first mindset.
What you'll be doing
- Installing and removing wall‑mounted assets, including first aid cabinets, eyewash stations, defibrillators, washroom dispensers, sanitary and nappy units
- Completing installations in line with SWPs
- Delivering consumable stock when required
- Ensuring customer premises are treated with care and left in a tidy condition
- Completing daily vehicle safety checks and maintaining tools and stock
- Accurately recording time, jobs and activity via mobile apps
- Working safely, efficiently and on time—every time
Position Flexibility and Work Locations
This role could be based across two locations—Rotorua and Hamilton— requiring travel between both sites as part of a 40 hour week.
Alternatively, we also welcome candidates interested in part-time opportunities at either of these locations. Approximately 20 hours per week at either Rotorua or Hamilton, depending on your preference.

About you
You will be practical and handy takes genuine pride in hands-on work, ensuring that every task is completed to a high standard. Working independently suits you well, as you are self-motivated and responsible, always maintaining a strong focus on safety. You are also comfortable interacting directly with customers on site, providing a professional and approachable presence during every job.
You'll bring:
- Practical, hands‑on experience (installations, trades, maintenance or similar)
- A strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
- Good time management and reliability
- Confidence working independently and following processes
- A full, clean New Zealand driver licence
