Service Delivery Manager - Auckland
Lead a high-performing, multi-site washroom management operation across Auckland, with full ownership of people, performance, and customer outcomes.
Alsco Fresh & Clean is part of a global organisation delivering essential hygiene and washroom services across New Zealand and internationally.
In this role, you'll oversee essential washroom and cleaning services across major customer sites, leading an established team and driving service excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role in a structured, KPI-driven environment where your impact is visible every day.
What We Offer
· Approx. $106K total package, including company vehicle with full personal use
· Early start, early finish: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm with flexibility required to support operational needs

Key Responsibilities
· Lead, coach, and develop frontline service staff, team leaders, and supervisors
· Ensure quality standards are consistently met through regular audits, recognising strong performance and addressing gaps quickly
· Drive accountability through regular site presence, clear expectations, and structured performance conversations
· Maintain high standards of health, safety, compliance, and reporting

· Labour, stock, and operating costs consistently controlled to budget
· Service issues resolved quickly and effectively
· Consistently strong audit results and service standards across all sites
· Strong, trusted relationships with key customers
About You
You're a practical, hands-on leader who enjoys being visible, solving problems, and getting the best out of people in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring:
· Proven experience leading teams in service, facilities, logistics, cleaning, hygiene, or similar, with a minimum of 3 years' people management experience
· Strong customer service focus and confidence managing key relationships
· Strong commercial awareness and experience managing labour and costs
· Solid communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
· A full NZ driver's license and eligibility to work in NZ
· Ability to pass alcohol, drug and medical screening
