Alsco Uniforms is a global leader in textile rental services, offering commercial linen, uniforms, and washroom hygiene solutions. We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our high-performing team

We are looking for a motivated person with career aspirations seeking a hands-on role and direct involvement in improving processes on the plant floor. Your drive and enthusiasm will be fundamental in helping to implement positive outcomes and inspire our team to new heights in process management and productivity.

This role is complex but will be well supported by an experienced team including an established Production Supervisor, Production Manager and Branch General Manager.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising, leading, coaching and motivating a diverse team of individuals
• Optimising plant processes and continuous improvements
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards
• Improving Service Quality Standards to external and internal customers

We are looking for a person who can demonstrate:

• Enthusiasm for success and personal development - growth mindset
• Experience in supervising, coaching and motivating others
• Experience with targets and working with financial budgets
• Production / Manufacturing experience
• Computer literacy (Excel, Outlook etc.)

Having knowledge of Manufacturing or industry experience would be especially beneficial, as well as strong people management abilities. Bringing a positive mindset and a genuine drive to improve will help you excel in this role.
