Service Delivery Manager - Auckland

Join a global leader in washroom and managed service solutions. We're seeking a customer-focused Service Delivery Manager to lead our Washroom Management Program across Auckland.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 18 washroom service staff across Northcote, CBD, and Manukau
  • Ensure services are delivered on time, in full, and to standard
  • Complete regular Quality Assurance audits and maintain compliance
  • Manage staff rosters, leave cover, overtime, and weekly timesheet accuracy
  • Control costs, hours, and gross profit targets
  • Manage reactive work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Oversee staff training, certification, and refreshers
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and run weekly team meetings
  • Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Manage stock and equipment to ensure service continuity
  • Cultivate and maintain a positive team culture

Requirements

  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong customer service and administration skills
  • Proven leadership and team-building ability
  • A continuous improvement mindset and confident decision-making
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
  • Legal entitlement to work in NZ
