No day will be the same in your role as a Service Delivery Manager as you lead a service delivery team in operational efficiencies and ensure your team delivers the highest level of customer service.

Previous background in B2B service or the retail industry would be an advantage. The ability to demonstrate a successful track record in customer service, sales, and business development is essential.
