About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Health and Safety graduate to co-ordinate Health and Safety at our Auckland & Hamilton sites.

You will be supported to drive our safety culture forward by implementing robust strategies across our operations, building well-established frameworks, and driving positive change.

You will influence a strong H&S culture by implementing efficient safety systems, risk management, and proactive coaching to ensure our people are safe and compliant. This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to develop a career in H&S; all training will be provided.

About You

Ideal candidates will:

• Eagerly seek knowledge on all aspects of Health & Safety.
• Have an exceptional ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Hold a relevant qualification in health & safety or a related field, or a base knowledge of NZ H&S.
• A passion for delivering effective injury prevention strategies.
• Ability to coach team members, fostering a culture of health, safety, and wellbeing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build trust
• Demonstrate resilience.
