Alsco Uniforms is a multi-national company with a well-recognized brand profile. Our business includes laundering and delivering rental Garments, Floor Mats and Towels throughout New Zealand, as well as Washroom, Sanitation & Feminine Hygiene products & Services, specialist cleaning supplies, and consumables.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Delivery Person to join our team in Hamilton. A strong level of physical fitness, customer service and good time management are required. The hours of this role are: 7am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for servicing Textile Products such as Mats, Towels and Garments.
  • Ensuring that all products are serviced to the highest standards of quality.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Taking pride in your job and your vehicle, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.

To Be Successful:

  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focus, with reasonable physical fitness.
  • You have high attention to detail for ensuring high quality service.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, solve problems, and manage your time effectively.
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be favourable but not essential. Full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided

This is not just a delivery driver role. We are looking for someone who can service products at customer sites and grow relationships, requiring strong customer interaction and service skills.

Requirements:

  • A full and clean driver's license.
  • You must pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
  • You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
