Auckland Fresh & Clean - Service Delivery Supervisor

Alsco Fresh & Clean is a multi-national company with a well-recognized brand profile. Our business includes managed first response rental services, managed washroom services, specialist cleaning, supplies, and consumables. Based in our Kingsland office, we are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Delivery Supervisor to lead a team of 9 professional and motivated service delivery people.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily activities of 9 high performing staff members, ensuring 100% completion of hygiene and first response service delivery routes daily.
• Motivate, encourage and support team members to meet and exceed their KPI and sales targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing support for team members by holding regular training and refresher courses.
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits, provide specific feedback to staff and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly for any failed items.
• Implement catch-up plans for absences, leave, etc and lead from the front by assisting the team with service delivery when staff are absent.
• Conduct daily staff debriefs, hold weekly team meetings and record minutes.
• Maintain various reports and documents, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Resolve priority customer complaints within specified timeframes.
• Report and investigate work accidents, near misses and injuries and consistently reinforce health and safety practices.
• Cultivate and maintain a positive work environment where staff are motivated to succeed.

Requirements:

• Experience in a leadership role.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full and clean driver's license.
• Pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• Legally entitlement to work in New Zealand.
