Sales & Customer Experience Specialist
We're on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist at Alsco Uniforms/Fresh & Clean, the global service leader and market pioneer in New Zealand! Alsco Uniforms is a global company and leader in textile rental services worldwide. Fresh & Clean is NZ's leader in commercial hygiene services and consumables.
As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in nurturing and growing our existing customer relationships - No cold-calling! You'll be engaging with customers who already know and trust our services. Your goal is to identify new business needs, upsell relevant solutions, expand accounts, and maintain excellent service. Your primary objective will be growth and retention.
This role allows you to build existing connections, reconnect with valued customers, and proactively uncover opportunities to offer personalized solutions over the phone or via email. We are looking for:
- You have a strong focus on teamwork and value a positive attitude,
- You will be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed
- Sales experience is advantageous, if you have experience in a contact center environment or have dealt with customers over the phone, you'll have a head start!
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- With a strong capacity for multi-tasking, you will excel in our dynamic, target-oriented environment. You will perform your duties with a sense of urgency.
- Polite and professional phone manner with an ability to establish & maintain relationships.
