Service Delivery Person

Alsco Fresh & Clean is a multi-national company with a well-recognized brand profile. Our business includes managed first response rental services, managed washroom rental services, and consumables. We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Delivery Person to join our team in Whangarei - Upper Northland Region. This role is ideally suited for candidates residing in the Whangarei or Upper Northland region due to the nature of the service area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Servicing and maintaining Washroom Hygiene products at various customer sites. Ensuring all washroom products, such as air fresheners, soaps, sanitary bins, auto sanitisers, are serviced on time and fully stocked as required.
  • Regular servicing of First Aid Products, including first aid kits, defibrillators, eye wash stations, spills kits ensuring they are regularly checked, stocked, and fully functional.
  • Ensure timely delivery of consumable products to customer sites, maintaining sufficient stock levels to meet their needs.
  • Perform basic technical tasks, including the installation, removal, repair, and maintenance of products using standard handy-person tools.
  • Ensure all products are in good working condition and report any quality assurance issues.
  • Independent servicing of customer sites throughout the Northland region.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

To Be Successful:

  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focus, with reasonable physical fitness.
  • You should have strong attention to detail for ensuring high quality service.
  • You must be able to work unsupervised, solve problems, and manage your time effectively.
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be favourable but not essential.

NOTE: This is not just a delivery driver role. We are looking for someone who can regularly service and maintain products at customer sites, requiring strong customer interaction and service skills.

Requirements:

  • A full and clean driver's license
  • You must pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
  • You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
