Our business includes laundering and delivering rental Garments, Floor Mats and Towels throughout New Zealand, as well as Washroom, Sanitation & Feminine Hygiene products & Services, specialist cleaning supplies, and consumables.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Delivery Person to join our team in Taranaki!

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for servicing Textile Products such as Mats, Towels and Garments. Delivering and collecting products daily, for a set route of customers.
• Ensuring that all products are serviced to the highest standards of quality.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Taking pride in your job and your vehicle, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.

To Be Successful:

• Excellent communication skills and customer-focus, with high level of physical fitness.
• You have high attention to detail for ensuring high quality service.
• Ability to work unsupervised, solve problems, and manage your time effectively.
• Prior experience in a similar role would be favourable but not essential. Full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided
• Be a motivated, reliable individual with a willingness to succeed.

We are looking for someone who can service products at customer sites and grow relationships, requiring strong customer interaction and service skills.

Requirements:

• A full and clean driver's license.
• You must pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, a criminal record check, and psychometric testing.
• degree of physical Fitness for lifting & manual handling
• You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
