We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Specialised Deep Cleaner to join our team in Auckland - Kingsland.

NOTE: This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving sustained manual deep cleaning work throughout the day. Make sure you have read all the requirements of the role before applying to avoid disappointment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing an intensive deep cleaning service to our customer's washroom facilities such as toilets, porcelain bowls, sinks and showers using a specified system of specialist cleaning products.
• Independent servicing of client sites throughout the Auckland region.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing necessary paperwork and electronic documents.

To Be Successful:

• Prior experience in specialised deep cleaning role is a must. Standard or basic cleaning experience alone is not sufficient for this role.

• You must be physically fit to carry out intense manual deep cleaning throughout the day.
• Customer-focused and possess excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• You must be able to work alone, solve problems, and manage your time effectively.

Requirements:

• A Full and clean driver's license.
• You must pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
